Our Sicilian ratatouille Is a combination of potatoes, aubergines and peppers, in a sweet & sour sauce, with capers, (sultanas), (Pine nuts), olives, (Celery) and cocoa powder

Broccoli steamed in red wine, taggiasche olives, onions, anchovies & pecorino cheese

I cacocciuli arrustuti

Hearts of artichokes, grilled, marinated with mint & lemon juice

Tuma mpanata e fritta

Sheep milk Sicilian tuma cheese, breadcrumbed and fried

I pipi fritti cu l’agghiata

Fried padron peppers, sautéed in garlic & white wine vinegar

Arancinu o funnu

Pistachio & aubergines baked arancino, wrapped in puff pastry

A pasta alla norma

Anelletti pasta baked wrapped in aubergines, tomato & dried sheep ricotta shavings

U fassumauru

Rolled beef with mortadella ham, boiled egg, served with its own ragù & roasted potatoes

A nguantera

An array of miniature desserts, from the contemporary Chef's selection

Unfortunately, we can not cater for guest with the following dietary restrictions: Vegan, Dairy, Egg. Any dietary constraints that pose a serious risk to a customer's health and wellbeing are taken at the diners own risk. Whilst we take huge care in our food preparation processes, our kitchen is very small and we work with several different allergens on a regular basis.
